This is the best I've done as of late, the shame....

^ ^ On a plus, it's a randomly created OC that will eventualy get use.
The ice/sword thing was supposed to be more transparent, but apparently .sai and .psd file layer styles don't work EXACTLY the same, so after almost a half hour if not more messing with the luminescent and color effecting layers (because my Sai refuses to save as anything other than .sai or .psd) I came up with this cool effect that isn't as transparent as I'd like, but I WILL LEARN! O ^ O *determined face*
I am also trying to learn Spanish....
(title is not character's name.... still havn't named it yet... :/ )
